"I just canceled my insurance and I paid in advance.And once I explained to the manager I wanted to cancel she became extremely rude.Would not give me any information concerning what she was. Referring to as money owed... I explained to her that I always pay in advance.And I shouldn't owe anything and she rudely explained.She wasn't giving me any other information.... Horrible customer service. and I will never ever recommend this particular state farm agency due to the behavior of this one unhappy 🙁 employee.....do not get your insurance from this agency... They will only raise your rates on a regular basis and once you cancel they will. Be extremely rude!!! What a joke!"
"Angelo, you had an upcoming payment with SF on Saturday in which we suspended the draft due to the fact that you were securing a new policy with another company but didn't have the policy in force at the time of the call which was 2 days ago. You were happy with that. Once you secured insurance with another company, you gave us the preferred cancellation date. You were told that you may or may not owe any additional money, in fact, it was stated that it's possible you may get a small refund. You demanded the exact amount however we don't have that ability to see in local agencies as it's done in the corporate offices and isn't real time. I apologize that we were unable to receive real-time data. State Farm is currently working on real-time billing which is rolling out this year but unfortunately it takes a few days to process using our current system and is beyond our control. I'll pass this frustration on to State Farm however I believe the upcoming billing software will fix these issues. "

"Bait and switch. Purchased a six months policy with Cherryl for two vehicles, one stay garaged most of the time and the second one is used at the farm. However, everything was explained to her and what was needed it and a six moths quote was provided for these two vehicles. Note that I have four more family vehicles fully insured with a different company that had nothing to do with State Farm. Two months into the policy, this office, without any warning or courtesy call, increased the rates and provided an excuse that didn't work and come back with a second one already discussed and agreed upon the beginning of the policy. There is only one intention for this behavior, and it is money and greed from this office and Cherryl. You can't change the rules in the middle of the game, and honoring a contract is paramount for any business credibility and integrity. I dropped you off before and am dropping you now again."
"Mr. Montano, premium at the beginning of the policy was setup for you as the only driver in the household. State Farm underwriters reviewed the policy and noticed you are married therefore placing your spouse as a potential driver. State Farm added her as a driver (which increased the premium due to the change) without notifying our office. As Cheryl mentioned to you on the phone, all we needed was a copy of her declaration page to show that she has insurance elsewhere to exclude her from your State Farm policy. Cheryl was finding ways to assist you and fix the policy. All we needed was proof of insurance for your spouse. Since you refused to submit the proof of insurance, there is nothing we can do to fix the issue or the premium change. Furthermore, you were very rude and unprofessional to my team when you called in. I know these issues can be confusing and sometimes frustrating but there was no reason to be that rude on the phone and both of the ladies were quite concerned with your aggressive behavior. I've noticed you have a strong tendency to mostly leave 1 Star reviews for local businesses. My only request is for you to show more patience with local businesses and people. We wish you the best. "
